Some of our apps allow people to generate a special key or link. This key or link cannot be shared within our Service. In our Make Wonder software product, students\u2019 work is private to their classroom by default. A teacher on a Make Wonder subscription may choose to share such work with other adults.<\/span><\/p><p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We let you control your kids\u2019 personal data.<\/span><\/i><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We give parents and teachers control over how we use kids\u2019 data. You have the right to request that we delete some or all of your kids\u2019 data.<\/span><\/p><p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We will not sell your kids\u2019 personal data. Or yours.<\/span><\/i><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When we do collect data, we use it to support our products, customers, and users. We never sell the data.<\/span><\/p><p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We don\u2019t collect or store kids\u2019 voices.<\/span><\/i><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Some of our apps allow kids to record their own voices and transmit that audio to the robot over Bluetooth. This audio is not transmitted to our or anyone else\u2019s servers. The audio remains on the robot until it is replaced by new audio.<\/span><\/p><p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We don\u2019t collect or store kids\u2019 images.<\/span><\/i><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our robots do not have cameras and do not record photos or videos. We do not collect this kind of information from children.<\/span><\/p><p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We use the latest security best practices.<\/span><\/i><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We use current data security best practices to protect your information.<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We adopt technologies, safeguards and practices that align with the NIST Cybersecurity Framework.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We use encryption to protect personally identifiable information while in motion or at rest.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We maintain reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect the security, confidentiality and integrity of PII.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We use Amazon Web Services to provide our infrastructure, and store data with industry standard security practices.\u00a0 We do not store PII with additional third parties.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We delete our customers&#8217; data on request.\u00a0 It may take 60 days for data to be completely removed from our backups.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We will let you know if our privacy practices change.<\/span><\/i><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If our privacy practices change, we will update this document. If we make any material changes that impact kids\u2019 personal information, we will notify you.<\/span><\/p><h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Overview<\/span><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In this document, we may refer to MORAVIA Education, Inc., as\u00a0 \u201cMORAVIA Education,\u201d \u201cwe,\u201d \u201cus,\u201d or \u201cour.\u201d We may refer to our websites, software, applications, connected products, and related services as the \u201cService.\u201d<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This Privacy Policy explains what information MORAVIA Education will collect when you access our Service. It also explains how the information will be used. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy. Each time you use our Service, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy, as applicable, at that time.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Most of the websites operated by MORAVIA Education are intended for adults to learn about and purchase our products and services. Adult users may include parents, educators, and developers. These websites (which we refer to as our \u201cGeneral-Audience Sites\u201d) include, but are not limited to:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none\"><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">our main website at <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.makewonder.com\/de\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">www.makewonder.com<\/span><\/a><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">our e-commerce site at <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/store.makewonder.com\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">store.makewonder.com<\/span><\/a><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">our Make Wonder educator platform at <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/portal.makewonder.com\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">portal.makewonder.com<\/span><\/a><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We do not knowingly solicit or collect Personal Information (defined below) from children under the age of 13 (\u201cChildren Users\u201d) on these General-Audience Sites.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our \u201cChild-Directed Products\u201d include<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">our robots (including Dash, Dot, and Cue).<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">the corresponding mobile and desktop applications, including Make Wonder (formerly Class Connet)<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">the browser-based educational software (including, but not limited to code.makewonder.com<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">the play.makewonder.com website.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our Child-Directed Products are generally intended to be used and enjoyed by children and teenagers. We employ special measures when collecting or processing information through our Child-Directed Products. We generally avoid or limit the collection of Personal Information through these products. For more details on our practices related to children, please see the section on <a href=\"#childrensprivacy\">Children\u2019s Privacy below<\/a>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Definitions<\/span><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This Privacy Policy uses certain capitalized terms that have particular meanings. Sometimes, those terms are defined when they are first used. In addition, and for ease of reference, the following terms are defined in this section:<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">App: any MORAVIA Education software applications published by Wonder Workshop publisher accounts. This includes but is not limited to those on Google Play, Apple App Store, Microsoft Store, Amazon Appstore.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Browsing Information: information about your use of the Service. This includes your device\u2019s interaction with the Service. (An access device may include a computer, tablet, Chromebook, or smartphone.) Browsing Information also includes certain of the information described below in the \u201cInformation Collected Automatically\u201d section. This information is linked to a device ID, such as the device\u2019s Internet Protocol (IP) address. Your robot includes a product ID. Through the App, your robot transmits information to us that we use to:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> provide our services.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> assist you in troubleshooting.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> improve our products, services, Website, and App.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In general, we do not use Browsing Information to identify you. But on certain of our General-Audience Sites, such information may be paired with Personal Information. It may also be paired with other information that, together, could be used to identify you. Third parties may access, collect, store, and use Browsing Information. (Such third parties may include analytics companies and advertising service providers). These companies may use the Browsing Information to identify you.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Personal Information: information that can or does directly identify you. Examples include robot name and activities coded. Product Use Information is linked to the product ID number of your robot.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">User Content: any content that you create or produce and upload to our Service. Examples include:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> comments<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> messages<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> photos<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> videos<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> voice recordings<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> artwork<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> software code or program<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">User Content may contain Personal Information if such is provided within the User Content.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Website\/Site: any websites, web pages, and sub-pages. This includes mobile websites, web pages, and sub-pages under MORAVIA Education\u2019s full or partial control. This information may include Personal Information. It may be combined with Personal Information collected during your registration for or use of the Service. This information could include, but is not limited to:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">the user ID associated with your account.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">an access token necessary to access that service.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">any information that you have permitted the third party to share with us.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">any information you have made public in connection with that service.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You should review your privacy settings on third-party services before linking them to the MORAVIA Education Service. If necessary, you should adjust your privacy settings.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For more details on our data collection practices for Child Users, see the section on Children\u2019s Privacy below.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Restriction on PII Related to the Make Wonder Platform<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For the purposes of our Data Security Policy, a Make Wonder customer is an entity that has registered for a subscription to Make Wonder via our online portal at portal.makewonder.com, and all individuals associated with that entity.\u00a0 This may include various teachers that are part of a school or a district.\u00a0 Data for any customer is private to that customer and not provided to any other customers or third parties.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We do have access to private data entered into our system.\u00a0 We only use this data to provide the service to our customers, and to provide support for the services provided if necessary.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We do not sell or disclose any PII to any third parties. We do not use PII in marketing or commercial purposes.\u00a0 However, if our customers also opt into receiving marketing emails, they will be added to our marketing email list, which is stored separately from PII.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We limit access to PII to employees that need access and to provide services and support for services.<\/span><\/p><h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Information Collected Automatically<\/span><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We may collect Personal Information from you, such as:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Product Usage: data related to your use and engagement with our account system, apps, etc. Such information is automatically transmitted to Wonder Workshop through our App. It is used:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">to provide product support.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">to improve our products and services.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">for similar activities that support our internal operations.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Robot: diagnostic data of the robot used. This could include details such as:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">crash data<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">firmware version<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">language of robot sounds<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Device: Anonymized details related to the device (computer, smartphone, tablet)Each time you access a web page on our Service, your browser automatically reports log file information. Our servers automatically record some of that information. It is possible for the App Usage Data from Children Users to be linked with the students\u2019 full names. The teacher controls this information.
