At Wonder Workshop, our product innovation is driven by the needs of teachers and their students. This year, we are excited to launch a new program we’re calling the Class Connect Customer Council.
Ten educators will be chosen to participate.
This is an exciting opportunity for any educator who wants your voice heard and who would enjoy influencing the development of the content and software that power our robots.
Members who are chosen to participate will be eligible for a complimentary Teacher Success Pack for the 2022-23 school year. It includes Class Connect for one teacher and 35 students.
Who is Eligible to Apply?
-We are looking for a mixture of educators who have used our products for a while and those that are new to us. If you’ve never used Class Connect before, great! We will be analyzing your journey with the product from the start.
-We require that you have direct interaction with the students who are learning to code.
-We welcome educators who aren’t necessarily totally comfortable teaching coding in general, and who might be new to teaching with robots. Experienced STEM/coding teachers are also welcome!
-We are looking for educators who have the flexibility to implement a program with students that includes a minimum of 10 hours of class time (spread over several weeks).
What is Involved in Participating?
You will be asked to participate in a series of activities that will support your teaching of coding and robotics.
In late August, you will participate in a live webinar with other council members that will serve as an onboarding session to Class Connect and the features inside like the Virtual Dash and our Coding Pathways program.
In September, you will have a one-on-one consultation with a member of our Customer Success team who will help you sketch out the best plan for you and your students (this is not a sales call – it is a consultation about how to implement our programs).
There will be a brief check-in interview in October, and a written survey to complete in November.
We’ll check in with you again in the New Year with an interview in January and a final survey in February.
